Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Secretary located in McKinney, TX. The Finance Secretary will handle day-to-day administrative and financial tasks, including preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting, organizing financial records, and providing general administrative support. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Finance and Accounting
* Experience in preparing Financial Statements and assisting with Budgeting tasks
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including organization and time management
* Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
