IT Expert for Enterprise Platforms
As an IT Expert for Enterprise Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and evolving our ServiceNow instance into the backbone of our organization's IT operations. This individual will take hands-on ownership of architectural decisions, guide and supervise external partners in development and application management, and directly contribute to configuration, development, and administration of our ServiceNow platform.
This highly visible role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes. You will investigate and advise on module usage, integrations, and platform capabilities across various modules including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR custom applications.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills consultative guidance across modules. They must also maintain clear effective communication with internal external stakeholders ensuring all architectural decisions align with enterprise roadmaps scoped demands.
