Required Skills and Qualifications
1. 10+ years of experience in .NET technologies, including .NET Core MVC, C#, Entity Framework, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, SSIS, Kendo, AWS
2. Knowledge on SSIS and Kendo is preferred
3. Good working experience on DB – SQL and SQL Server (data analysis, writing complex queries, stored procedures)
4. Good working experience in AWS cloud (like S3, RDS, Lambda, Gateway, SQS) is preferred
5. Participate in all Scrum ceremonies (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
6. Requirement gathering and analysis
7. Story estimations and analysis
8. Performing UI and DB design
9. Coding and unit testing
10. UAT and production bug fixes
11. Deployment of code to Dev/STG
12. Participate in release calls and resolve issues found
13. Production support and resolve issues found
14. Performing daily/weekly production monitoring jobs
15. Supporting associate developers (requirement gathering, analysis, coding, testing, production support)
16. Daily project health monitoring
17. Mortgage/finance domain experience is a plus
18. Experience in working with large applications with large volume transactions is a plus
19. Exposure to AI-driven development and unit testing activities
20. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Extreme Programming (XP)
21. Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
22. Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, and unit testing
23. Experience with Linux and open-source software is a plus
24. AWS Environment - EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Containers, API Gateway experience highly preferred
25. Exposure to AI-driven development and QA activities (highly preferred)
