Webmaster | Joomla - AsWebmaster at SDL, you will be responsible for:- Onboarding new municipal website clients under the direction of your team lead- Strategically migrating and laying out a large volume of content and documents- Completing website content updates for managed sites- Proactively reviewing websites for discrepancies or better methods to display information- Resizing images, converting PDF documents, and following best practices for site content updates- Installing and testing Joomla updates- Assisting with the training of clients- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for your accountsWhat You Bring:- 5 years of experience in support, client relations, account management, or roles- directly working with customers. - Strong written and verbal communication skills- Attention to detail- Ability to take direction- Ability to multitask- Accountability- A willingness to learn new skills and processesWhat Makes You Stand Out:- Experience in the SaaS industry, particularly in providing solutions to local governments. - Prior startup experience. - Municipal webmaster experience- An understanding of local government- Experience with Joomla!
