You'll collaborate closely with our team to develop data-driven ad messaging that scales across platforms. If you love combining words, metrics, and AI tools to create ads that convert — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Write and test compelling copy for paid ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
* Craft headlines, primary text, CTAs, scripts, and short-form hooks that align with each platform's audience behavior.
* Adapt messaging for various funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to optimize conversions.
* Collaborate with designers and video editors to align visuals and copy for cohesive creative execution.
Creative Strategy & Optimization
* Develop multiple copy variations for A/B testing and analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
* Use data insights and feedback from the Paid Media team to refine messaging and improve outcomes.
* Research competitors, market trends, and ad libraries to identify new creative angles.
* Maintain an organized library of top-performing headlines, hooks, and frameworks.
Ai & Automation
* Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or Runway to assist in scriptwriting, ideation, and ad copy generation.
* Experiment with AI-driven testing to quickly iterate and scale winning copy.
Collaboration & Workflow
* Work with the Creative, Media Buying, and Strategy teams to ensure copy aligns with campaign goals.
* Meet deadlines for consistent delivery of new ad variations.
* Take initiative in creative brainstorming sessions and performance reviews.
