The ideal candidate will have:

* A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field of study
* At least 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience, preferably in a similar role
