About the Role
* Provide technical support and assistance to users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
* Analyze and diagnose problems, and implement solutions to resolve incidents.
* Install and configure new IT equipment and reconfigure existing systems.
* Support the installation and configuration of operating systems and native user tools.
* Verify and identify problems with cabling systems and basic network infrastructure repairs.
* Record, monitor, and resolve service requests in a ticketing system.
* Write procedures for solving known incidents and maintain a knowledge base.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Advanced proficiency in IT skills.
* Portuguese and technical English language skills.
* 1 year of experience in the role.
* Desirable certifications: ITIL V4 or higher; Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) or higher in Windows 10.
