We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented trilingual Sourcing Professional to join our team in Latin America. This position will be responsible for executing deals in multiple locations and coordinating regional requirements for Services demands in LATAM.
The ideal candidate will possess understanding of the LATAM market, a proven track record in procurement, and negotiation skills.
Your Role And Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies in Technology aligned with the company's business objectives for the LATAM region.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
Manage supplier relationships, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality standards, and cost‑effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify procurement opportunities and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
Develop and maintain a robust supplier qualification and performance management system.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in the development and implementation of procurement systems and tools.

Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Advanced Level Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experienced Level Professional Knowledge, preferably in the LATAM region.
Understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices.
