We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Development Partner to support the establishment of our new Talent Development function. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality learning experiences that drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with leaders to understand their development needs and create compelling learning experiences.
* Design and develop engaging asynchronous learning content using multimedia-rich tools like Articulate.
* Serve as the operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic training catalog.
* Rapidly produce high-quality, iterative content elevated by feedback and data.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience driving L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment.
* Experience leveraging LMS systems like Docebo and instructional design tools like Articulate.
* Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
* Proven ability to analyze training metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
