Contingent Workforce Management Specialist
A Senior SAP Fieldglass Developer is required to lead technical efforts in optimizing contingent workforce management across the SAP Fieldglass platform. This role focuses on improving integration reliability, enabling advanced capabilities such as assignment management and facility access integration, and ensuring scalable, compliant, and clean core-aligned solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and implement Fieldglass Assignment Management to streamline the integration between maintenance work orders and contingent labor.
* Ensure accurate data flow and process alignment between Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA.
* Stabilize and enhance integrations between Fieldglass and S/4HANA for SOWs, timesheets, and fee submissions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues, ensuring data consistency and performance.
* Design and implement integration between Fieldglass and global facility access systems (e.g., Genetec, Alert Enterprise).
* Enable validation of contractor time-on-site against timesheet data for compliance and cost control.
* Improve usability and performance of Fieldglass through configuration enhancements and process automation.
* Support training and documentation efforts to ensure adoption of optimized workflows.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP development, with at least 4 years in SAP Fieldglass (SOW, CW, integrations).
* Proven experience in Fieldglass-SAP S/4HANA integration, including CPI and API-based approaches.
* Strong understanding of Fieldglass data models, configuration, and extensibility.
* Experience with facility access systems integration is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Business Network, and clean core principles.
* Ability to conduct technical assessments, identify gaps, and propose remediation strategies.
* English proficiency required; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
* Proven experience implementing Fieldglass integrations.
* Strong understanding of SAP best practices, architecture principles, and integration strategies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience in Agile methodology usage would be differential.
* SAP certifications would be considered differential.
