Job Description
We operate 7 manufactured home communities across Ohio, Michigan, and Texas. We have 200 homes available now and are scaling to 100% occupancy. We need a team or agency that can provide true 24/7 live coverage for inbound leads — no voicemail, no missed opportunities. We are looking for either a call center or 2+ candidates to fill this function.
The Opportunity
Each appointment booked is a step toward a $68K–$72K home sale. We have paid lead flow coming from Facebook Ads, Google, MyStateMLS, and organic sources. Your job is one thing: make sure every lead gets a human response and a booked appointment.
What We Need
* True 24/7 live coverage — evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays
* Inbound lead qualification using our proven script
* Appointment booking into Monday.com + Calendly
* Follow-up on no-shows, cold leads, and missed calls
* CRM logging of every interaction — no exceptions
* Seamless handoff to on-site managers for tours
Ideal Setup
* Agency or team with existing shift coverage infrastructure
* Experience in real estate, mortgage, or high-ticket sales
* Monday.com or equivalent CRM experience
* Fluent English and Spanish; warm, professional, trust-building phone presence
