The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Outsource Art Team Lead to guarantee consistent delivery of high-quality assets from outsourcing partners on schedule.
* Work closely with the Outsource Art Team Lead to ensure that outsourcing partner assets meet quality expectations consistently and on time.
* Effectively communicate all necessary information to outsourcing partners for needed edits to their deliverables in a concise manner, including notations and supporting images along with any required technical details.
* Familiarize yourself with efficient topology, UVs, textures, and materials deployment techniques.
* Ensure seamless communication of relevant challenges (technical & artistic) arising during asset development by an outsourcing partner to the Outsource Art Team Lead for prompt resolution.
* Educate outsourcing partner artists on Psyonix's specific techniques and best practices, ensuring they adhere to them at all times.
