Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Technical Cutover Manager to lead our technical activities and ensure a successful go-live with localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud.

Key Responsibilities
* Technical Leadership: Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts and ensure successful go-live.
* Cutover Planning: Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project, including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Issue Management: Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
* Project Monitoring: Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails, and project documents.
