Overseas Sales Manager - Animal Nutrition
The Overseas Sales Manager - Animal Nutrition plays a pivotal role in executing the department's business strategy and annual plans, with a focus on identifying opportunities and mobilizing resources to achieve sales targets and profit margins.
To accomplish this, the manager must possess an intimate understanding of customer needs, develop strategies to engage potential customers, and track customer development to drive market share growth.
Furthermore, the manager will establish seamless communication channels with customers, conduct regular visits to key clients in the region, and address customer objections and complaints in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
In addition, the manager will coordinate product trials, technical support, and other initiatives through collaboration with relevant departments to elevate customer satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to and implement the company's processes and systems.
2. Execute the business strategy and annual plan developed by the department, focusing on business opportunities and organizing resources to achieve annual sales budget and profit margin goals.
3. Market Development: Organize and implement regional market development plans and specific implementation plans, promoting the company and product brand. Understand customer needs, tap potential customers, and track customer development to achieve continuous growth in the company's market share.
4. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Establish smooth customer communication channels and visit important customers in the region, keeping abreast of customer requirements and handling objections and complaints in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction and establish long-term relationships.
5. Customer Service: Coordinate product trial, technical support, and other work through communication with relevant departments to improve customer satisfaction with products and company services.
6. Sales Expense Control: Comply with the company's sales expense management regulations and the sales department's expense budget indicators to control sales expenses.
7. Collaborative Communication: Establish necessary cross-departmental business contacts and communication to ensure timely information sharing and delivery.
8. Others: Complete temporary important tasks assigned by superiors.
