Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to manage our financial operations, including accounts management, financial record-keeping, and data analysis.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Record and reconcile daily financial transactions across multiple accounts
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
* Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records
* Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets
* Process payroll and maintain payroll records
* Assist in tax preparation and compliance
* Organize and maintain digital financial documents
