Contract Management
Contract Senior Analysts assist with managing clients in a manner that maximizes value for Accenture and our clients.
Contract Senior Analysts must be capable of managing contracts, including subcontracts, in accordance with company policies, procedures, applicable laws, and client business requirements.
Contract Senior Analysts are expected to work closely with Accenture business/client units and project teams, maintaining a high level of visibility on the account as they perform their contract management responsibilities.
Contract Senior Analysts are client-facing and play a key role in building trusted relationships with client counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership/Engagement:
* Provide contract administration support for specific projects or accounts.
* Collaborate with delivery and client teams for daily service delivery.
* Demonstrate the value of contract management within project teams.
* Drive process efficiencies and seek innovative improvements.
Portfolio Support:
* Assist in developing and delivering contract management training modules.
Risk & Issue Management:
* Identify and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues.
* Report and document risks in compliance with processes.
* Escalate issues appropriately.
* Ensure compliance with management processes.
Sales Support:
* Support pre-award activities, including RFP responses, drafting contract schedules, and negotiations.
* Maintain knowledge of Accenture's service offerings and commercial considerations.
Contracting, Drafting, and Negotiation:
* Assist in drafting and reviewing contractual documents.
* Participate in negotiations.
Contract Management Processes:
* Implement and adhere to contract management policies.
* Identify applicable policies and work with teams on revenue, cost, and profit levers.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Minimum 1-year post-graduation work experience in a professional setting.
* Basic understanding of contract lifecycle, principles, and regulations.
* Knowledge of legal principles related to contracts.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools.
* Advanced English required; French, Italian, and German are desirable.
