This professional will act as the primary legal advisor for both countries, supporting the business across a wide range of legal topics while partnering closely with regional leadership. The role reports directly to the Regional Legal Director (Brazil) and requires a highly autonomous and pragmatic lawyer who is comfortable operating in a hands‑on environment without a local legal team. Responsibilities Act as the lead legal counsel for Argentina and Chile. Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders. Oversee litigation, regulatory matters, and risk management in both jurisdictions. Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements. Coordinate and manage external law firms when necessary. Support corporate governance, compliance, and strategic projects. Partner with regional leadership to develop legal strategies aligned with business goals. About You Law degree and qualification to practice law in Argentina. 5 years of legal experience, ideally including in‑house experience. Strong generalist legal background (commercial, corporate, regulatory, and disputes). Previous experience as in‑house counsel supporting business operations. Ability to work independently and manage legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. Experience managing external counsel and litigation strategy. Fluent English (mandatory).
