We're seeking an SAP Data Assurance Manager who wants to learn and transform their career. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.
You'll collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals. You'll coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.
You'll oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams. Provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members, ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.
