Responsibilities:
* Execute comprehensive recruitment plans to identify and hire high-caliber talent in sales, technical, and business roles.
* Proactively source candidates from job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach initiatives.
* Maintain an active talent pipeline to support rapid hiring and future growth.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and success profiles.
* Monitor and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, candidate conversion rates) to drive continuous improvement.
