Professional
Has conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline typically acquired through a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience; Has limited work experience involving basic concepts and procedures
Develops competence by performing structured work assignments and uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; Analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
