We are looking for a remote, full-time BI Operations Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage the daily health and evolution of the data visualization layer. In this role, while the Lead Analytics Engineer will handle high-level architecture and new project intake, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users. Your mission is to ensure that once a tool is launched, it remains accurate, useful, and high-performing. You will handle the \"last mile\" of data-managing user feedback, making tactical adjustments to dashboards, and ensuring the business is getting maximum value from our existing tools. You will work directly under the Lead Analytics Engineer, and you will be the \"boots on the ground\" for the Domo environment.

Responsibilities
* User Success & Support: Act as the first point of contact for end-user inquiries, troubleshooting visualization issues, and clarifying data definitions for the team
* Dashboard Maintenance: Perform ongoing adjustments, cosmetic improvements, and layout updates to existing Domo dashboards and apps based on user feedback
* Usage Monitoring: Proactively track user adoption and engagement metrics within Domo to identify which tools are providing value and which need refinement
* Data Validation (Front-End): Write SQL in Snowflake to verify that the numbers appearing in Domo match the source data, ensuring a high level of data trust across the company
* Incremental Enhancements: Translate small-scale user requests (new filters, additional charts, modified logic) into reality without needing constant architectural oversight
* Documentation: Keep user-facing documentation and data dictionaries up to date as dashboards evolve
Required Experience
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* 2 to 4 years of experience in a BI-focused role
* Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Domo, etc
* Experience working with AWS
* Proficiency in writing SQL queries to explore and validate data within Snowflake
* Ability to pivot between multiple small tasks, moving from a bug fix to a layout adjustment to a user training session seamlessly
* Clear and empathetic communication style for helping users navigate data tools
Preferred Experience
* Experience working with Jira, GitHub, and Confluence
* Familiarity with the yard management industry
* Awareness of logistics and supply chain management
