We currently have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. The role is to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and to inform them about the benefits of living and working there.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers and build trust with suitable candidates, helping them understand the relocation process and benefits of living and working in Sweden.Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and a Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues in multiple countries (Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Vietnam).Support clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Aim to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.QualificationsRequired competence: at least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English; ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.Resilient and persistent; capable of using setbacks as motivation to continue.Passionate about success with a professional yet approachable demeanor towards work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Employment DetailsStart: ASAP.Full time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation on a 1:1 basis in flex.Location: Remote or from a co-working center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
