Associate Dentist

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, with up to 30% adult population, in accordance with state insurance plans, PPO and out‑of‑network payor mix.
* Use DentaPro software for patient records and treatment planning.
* Operate digital x‑ray and Panorex units and fiber‑optic handpieces.
* Participate in yearly OSHA, HIPAA and emergency management training.
* Work with a team ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
* Plan daily schedule and support team communication, including morning huddles.
* Maintain a patient flow of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients per day.
Qualifications
* DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program (Commission on Dental Accreditation).
* Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state where care is provided.
* Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a dental team.
