Test Engineer Job Description
The primary objective of the Test Engineer is to execute comprehensive test cases, identify and report bugs, provide technical support, and ensure full-cycle issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
* Execute predictive test cases for various products and services.
* Collaborate with R&D teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
* Support operators in pre-test and delivery troubleshooting.
* Monitor operator-sent prototypes and verify core functions.
* Assist sales and agents with prototype version updates.
* Respond to operator feedback, reproduce issues locally, submit bugs, and provide detailed logs.
* Maintain strong relationships with operators and track network frequency bands.
Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of testing processes and methods, including field tests, CA, FTP, IMS, connection rate, and software testing.
* Familiarity with WCN (near-field communication) and GNSS testing for mobile terminals.
* Ability to think logically and identify complex issues efficiently.
* At least 3 years of experience in terminal testing, with operator-related experience preferred.
