Client Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the financial services sector or similar industries.
We are seeking skilled professionals who can deliver high-quality support, address queries, and resolve client issues efficiently.
The successful candidate will be based in Southeast Asia: Malaysia or Thailand, with relocation support provided by the company.
* Provide frontline support to clients via live chat, phone, and email.
* Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to products, platforms, and promotions.
* Address client feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and relevant information when necessary.
* Support administrative tasks and documentation within the department.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
* At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably within crypto or fintech, but any industry is considered.
* Ability to work rotation shifts, including nights, once relocated.
* Experience working in international settings and teams is beneficial.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
* Logical approach to problem-solving, with analytical thinking.
* Knowledge or interest in trading is desirable, but not essential.
