About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central, preferably with agency experience and management skills.

Responsibilities:
As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, overseeing client milestone progress, and ensuring client requirements are met. You will also lead retention efforts, monitor customer satisfaction, and recommend improvements to clients' strategies. Additionally, you will perform account audits, complete board reviews, and manage tasks and workflows efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• ClickUp profiles must be consistently updated correctly
• Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
• Guarantee that tasks are completed in a reasonable amount of time
• Manage Amazon PODs to understand their churn every month
• Establish clear communication between Account Managers and clients

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
• 90% of Amazon clients must hit 100% of their ad spend budget
• Less than 7.5% churn per month for the entire Amazon department district 1
• 90% of audits get completed and followed up within 5 business days
• 30% of active clients must leave a review on Google
• 30% of clients must be billed for bonuses
• 95% of clients successfully launch within 7 business days of starting with us
• 1 case study every quarter
• Less than 20% of client offboarding is negative feedback
• Maintain 150% margin per head

This position offers a competitive salary range of $500-$800 per month, depending on experience.
