Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a regional PR calendar and embargo plan; ensure alignment with global launches and regional sales priorities.
2. Cultivate strong connections with top-tier tech and gaming editors, reviewers, and influencers across Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets.
3. Lead virtual and local events; manage press lists, invitations, materials, and post-event follow-ups.
4. Manage the sample allocation, delivery, and follow-up process with regional media outlets.
5. Drive joint PR opportunities with distributors, e-commerce partners, and brand collaborators.
6. Adapt global press materials for regional audiences to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.
7. Track press coverage, analyze media performance metrics, and deliver post-launch summaries.
8. Ensure consistent application of embargoes, NDA terms, and authorized content usage.
