By connecting entrepreneurs to growth capital and providing world-class financial management services, we help them take control of their finances, maintain clean, real-time financials, and achieve sustainable economic success.The Role We are looking for a highly driven Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute our marketing strategy across digital channels, with a strong focus on content, social media, and AI-powered growth initiatives. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is excited to experiment, iterate, and scale marketing efforts. The right candidate is creative, analytical, and deeply familiar with modern marketing tools, platforms, and AI-driven workflows.Key Responsibilities Own and execute the company'ssocial media strategyacross Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Plan, create, and publish high-performingshort-form and long-form contentaligned with brand and growth goals Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights Manage and scaleorganic and paid acquisition channels, including social ads and content distribution LeverageAI toolsto generate content, optimize workflows, and improve campaign performance Experiment with new growth tactics, content formats, and distribution strategies to drive engagement and lead generation Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, CX, Product) to align messaging and campaigns Develop and maintain a consistentbrand voice and positioningacross all channels Identify trends and opportunities within the market to keep the brand relevant and competitive Support funnel optimization from awareness to conversion, improving overall marketing ROI Track and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership Continuously test, learn, and iterate on campaigns to improve performanceWhat We're Looking For 3+ years of experience ingrowth marketing, digital marketing, or social media marketing Strong experience managing and growingInstagram, TikTok, and LinkedInaccounts Proven ability to createengaging, high-performing content, especially short-form video Deep familiarity withAI tools(ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation tools, etc.) and how to apply them to marketing workflows Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns Experience with paid media (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) is a strong plus Comfortable working in afast-paced, tech-driven environmentwith rapid iteration Strong communication skills and ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling messaging Creative, proactive, and highly execution-oriented Experience with marketing tools (analytics platforms, CRMs, scheduling tools, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Excited about leveraging technology and AI to scale marketing effortsDetails Full-time position (Remote – Colombia, Brasil, Guatemala) Exclusivity required — no simultaneous employment during agreed working hours
