We're looking for an experienced and motivated self-starter to identify and drive operational improvement projects across our Global Sales and Service organizations. You will generate systems and workflow improvements that accelerate our ability to activate Advertisers and move them through their customer lifecycle and help our global advertisers, big and small, get discovered by millions of people looking for things to plan, buy and do.
You'll improve operational processes across the Pinterest GTM organization. A successful candidate will spearhead tools improvement projects, take a structured and consultative approach to deliver and communicate succinct but well-articulated business requirements, become an expert at driving improvements in Pinterest's tools ecosystem focused on Salesforce, and have a passion for scaling solutions through process improvements, Salesforce/Asana/Service Cloud/Outreach and other tooling enhancements, and training materials.
What You'll Do:
* Assist with requirements gathering, testing, and documentation of Salesforce and other sales and/or project management systems enhancements and projects.
* Build operational plans to enhance SFDC processes, governance, and workflows for greater consistency, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure effectiveness and high adoption rates.
* Coordinate and hold cross-functional teams accountable for deliverables to the programs and ensure alignment of projects and programs with business goals and objectives.
* Assist with ongoing development of Salesforce and other sales and/or project management systems training material for end users.
* Develop SOPs, Governance Models, and GTM strategy to launch operational and process enhancement programs and solutions.
* Perform quality assurance for projects and enhancements after development is complete.
* Develop reports and dashboards and provide regular reports on desired metrics and SLAs to cross-functional partners and leadership.
* Troubleshoot bugs reported by end users.
* Define success metrics and track the evolution, adoption, and impact of the projects, implementing improvements as needed.
* Conduct comprehensive risk management assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential operational and project risks, ensuring proactive decision-making and minimizing impact on business objectives.
* Understand Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, validations, flows, and process builders.
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience with Salesforce application.
* Experience with activation tools such as Outreach.
* Analytical and process-oriented, with experience breaking down ambiguous data problems to deliver insights and make data-driven decisions.
* Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
* Ability to troubleshoot system issues reported by end users and work with third-party vendors to reach resolution.
* Experience rolling out scaled systems and tools projects to cross-functional teams.
* Experience with developing SOPs, governance models, and leading process improvement projects, including change management.
* Ability to clearly and consistently work side-by-side across functions and departments, synthesizing multiple points of view into a coherent action plan.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* SQL knowledge is required.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, or equivalent experience.
* Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms is nice to have.
* Experience with online advertising is a plus.
* Bonus: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
