Principais Atividades
* Prestar suporte técnico e atendimento aos usuários, auxiliando na resolução de chamados;
* Apoiar na execução e acompanhamento de projetos da área de Tecnologia da Informação;
* Atuar no controle e gestão de acessos aos sistemas corporativos;
* Auxiliar na manutenção e no desenvolvimento de sistemas internos.
Requisitos Obrigatórios
* Cursando ensino superior em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou Tecnologia da Informação (TI);
* Inglês básico;
* Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 1 ano;
* Interesse em aprender.
* Desejável: Conhecimentos em SQL e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas

Position description:
Internship in Information Systems
Location:

7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Main Activities
* Provide technical support and customer service to users, assisting in the resolution of calls;
* Support the execution and monitoring of projects in the area of Information Technology;
* Work in the control and management of access to corporate systems;
* Assist in the maintenance and development of internal systems.
Mandatory Requirements
* Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or Information Technology (IT);
* Basic English;
* Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 1 year;
* Interest in learning.
* Desirable: Knowledge of SQL and Systems Development
