* Key Responsibilities:

* Update and maintain accurate customer records and account information in the system.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and guidance.
* Build positive relationships with customers through empathetic and clear communication.
* Document customer interactions, track recurring issues, and provide feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements:
* 1 year of related experience and/or a related degree.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational abilities.

Benefits:
