Job Description:
As a Customer Success Business Developer, you will be responsible for delivering services that combine customer success expertise with business development activities.
Key Deliveries include:
* Facilitate onboarding and enablement sessions for customers.
* Provide guidance to help customers realize the full value of solutions.
* Maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.
Business Development Objectives:
You will identify opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts. Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territories. Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations.
Strategic Communication:
You will deliver compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of solutions. Support marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events. Represent at conferences and trade shows as agreed.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce/LEX). Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for individuals with:
* A bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, and business development.
* English fluency (written and spoken); Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/LEX) and virtual meeting tools (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
* Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Benefits:
This is an independent consulting engagement. The consultant will be responsible for all taxes, insurance, and business expenses. Duration, deliverables, and compensation will be agreed upon in the consulting contract.
