The Partner Success Specialist is a key role that requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. This position plays a vital part in ensuring the success of our partners, fostering strong relationships through personal and online interactions.
Responsibilities:
* Foster partnerships by acting as a trusted advisor on business matters related to Wialon.
* Cultivate long-term relationships with partners via regular communication sessions, providing updates, addressing concerns, and strengthening collaboration.
* Participate in industry-related expos and events to establish connections between partners and other teams.
* Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth integration within the Wialon ecosystem.
* Develop a deep understanding of partners' businesses, market specifics, and unique needs to provide tailored support.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree.
* Experience in sales or customer service roles in IT sphere.
* Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at a working level.
* Recorded public speaking experience is an asset.
* Excellent memory, logical thinking, analytical skills, and time-management abilities are essential.
