Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support complex IT systems for our enterprise clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored business solutions for critical environments.
The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in Systems Engineering in enterprise or managed service environments, with hands-on experience with Microsoft 365. You will also have a strong background in Intune and mobile device management, as well as proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Design and implement complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Requirements
* 3–4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
