You'll work closely with the senior GTM leadership of the company to drive growth and strategic goals. Problem-Solving & Analytical Focus:
This position requires deep analytical skills to diagnose pipeline inefficiencies and provide reports and insights for main business levers such as Sales-led dinners and outbound efforts, lead generation and retention, and upsell efforts
A strong problem-solver will excel in debug automations, understand processes, and map bottlenecks to propose new automation implementations
Requires strong organizational skills to handle cross-team collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and execution of time-sensitive initiatives.
Success depends on influencing teams across departments, which means strong communication and stakeholder management are key.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain revenue reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health metrics in Looker Studio and HubSpot
Evaluate and support the implementation of pricing models and bonus structures in alignment with company growth goals.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to improve strategy and execution through data-informed insights.
Clean and analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product) to understand business needs.
- Translate business requirements into data models, queries, and metrics.
- Support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong analytical focus.
knowledge in data analysis and reporting using SQL, Excel, or Google Sheets
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
