Basic qualifications include:
* 8+ years hands-on technical experience in chosen domain.
* Strong knowledge of coding architecture and design patterns.
* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training.
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
* Ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations.
* Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews.
