Data Scientist Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a central role in shaping B2B data-driven marketing and personalization strategy, building robust models that inform customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and product strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing customer segmentation models, including clustering algorithms (e.g., k-means, DBSCAN, hierarchical clustering) to identify actionable buying groups within CDP data. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to build and scale buying group frameworks that enhance personalization, targeting, and campaign performance.
You will also be responsible for integrating advanced models and segmentation logic into Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP, or similar. Additionally, you will apply advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis.
A successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and +5 years of experience working as a Data Scientist. You will also have +3 years of experience working with AI, +2 years of experience working with Machine Learning, +2 years of experience working with LLMs, and +1 year of experience working with Agentic AI.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality results.
