We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Automation & Integration Engineer to join our organization.
Job Description
* Key responsibilities include:
* Design and maintain data pipelines between Snowflake, Segment CDP, Braze, and additional platforms.
* Implement real-time and batch data ingestion strategies.
* Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment.
* Orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers.
* Ensure data integrity and feedback loops from Braze back into Snowflake via Segment.
* Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues across platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Familiarity with insurance industry data and customer lifecycle models is a plus.
* 4 to 6 years of experience in IT environments with a strong focus on MarTech architecture.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Software Engineering.
* Fluency in English.
