The job involves:
* Scouting and assessing opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals
* Supporting the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation
* Creating and tailoring project references and CVs to meet tender requirements
* Collaborating with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Fluency in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
* Excellent knowledge in MS-Office, mainly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Reliability, attention to detail, and proactivity, with a willingness to learn quickly
* Interest in public sector processes and international collaboration
* Previous experience with procurement in the public sector is a plus
