* Sourcing top technology candidates from various platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards
* Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
* Collaborating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the interview process
* Maintaining effective communication with candidates and ensuring timely follow-ups
* Tracking recruitment data and metrics for performance evaluation
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment with a proven track record of success
* Detailed knowledge of IT roles and technologies, including current trends and market demands
* Familiarity with Brazilian market dynamics and regulations
* Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, with ability to adapt to diverse communication styles
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn sourcing tools
