Job Description:
As a seasoned IT professional, you will oversee the management of our organization's core infrastructure operations and drive improvements in efficiency and scalability.
* Coordinate tasks, timelines, and dependencies for all infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute maintenance schedules, upgrades, and change windows.
* Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and status reports to facilitate informed decision-making by leadership and technical teams.
Prior experience in IT infrastructure is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a small team of IT professionals responsible for managing compute, storage, and network domains.
* Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and blockers with clear context and recommended actions.
* Coordinate vendor relationships for hardware logistics, remote hands, and service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with established change management and security protocols.
