Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned talent manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for customer-facing roles at our organization. This includes managing sourcing candidates, talent planning, capacity management, and internal supply optimization.

* Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams for assigned projects.
* Manage simultaneous fulfillment for multiple client requirements (typically 3–4 at a time).
* Conduct talent pool assessments and identify supply-demand gaps.
* Activate external sourcing channels when internal supply is insufficient.
* 7-12 years of experience in talent operations, recruitment delivery, or resource planning within IT services, outsourcing, or global staffing environments.
* Proven experience in client-side hiring setups and resource & capacity management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless recruitment delivery and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
