Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our Product and Engineering team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile practices and supporting the continuous improvement of our teams.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
