Job Title: UAT Import/Export Lead (LATAM)
This is a challenging opportunity to lead or support User Acceptance Testing activities for Import/Export processes, encompassing test planning, execution, and defect management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business subject matter experts and IT teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage aligns with global trade compliance and operational requirements.
The selected professional will execute test scripts, validate system functionality against business processes, document test results, and escalate issues for resolution. Additionally, they may be required to backfill operational tasks in Import/Export to maintain business continuity during project phases.
In this role, the individual will serve as a liaison between IT and business teams, translating technical requirements into actionable insights. They must ensure compliance with testing standards and governance while maintaining excellent communication skills.
