We're looking for a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to manage the smooth operation of our client's commercial buildings. Your role will include coordinating maintenance for MEFP equipment, performing minor repairs, and liaising with vendors. If you're technically proficient with strong organizational skills, apply now!
What you'll do:
* Coordinate maintenance for MEFP equipment
* Handle maintenance requests and oversee repairs
* Liaise with vendors and track service records
* Support HSE procedures and budget management
What you'll need:
* 6+ years in commercial facility coordination
* Strong MEFP maintenance knowledge
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Willingness to travel within assigned sites
