Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Assistant located in Mariana, MG. The Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible for processing and reconciling invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting accounting operations. The role involves ensuring timely payment to vendors, resolving invoice discrepancies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage accounts payable activities efficiently.
Qualifications
* Foundational knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting practices
* Strong Analytical Skills to handle data accurately and identify discrepancies
* Familiarity with Invoicing processes and the ability to manage accounts effectively
* Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
* Proficiency in relevant financial software is a plus
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
