Job Description
As a seasoned delivery leader, you will own the execution of complex initiatives across cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage end-to-end delivery plans for complex projects, including scope definition, timeline management, dependency coordination, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking using Jira.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams through regular communication.
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed.
* Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis.
* Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability.
* Track and report on delivery progress using appropriate metrics and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs.
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus but not required.
