Business Analyst Position
A key member of the design team, partnering with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams. The role is responsible for assessing business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
The Business Analyst will facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders. This includes documenting detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories) and leading refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
Responsibilities also include supporting QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage. Additionally, the Business Analyst will present live product demonstrations and prepare release notes for end users. Assistance with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement are also part of the role.
Prior experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is also necessary. Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales strongly preferred) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations are highly valued.

* 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.
* Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
* Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods, including writing user stories and partnering with Scrum teams.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales strongly preferred) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
