Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact between clients and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is an asset).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
