In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including configuration, documentation, testing, and delivery with intelligent automation (Scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications).
You will participate in gathering and documenting overall business requirements, supporting all formal documentation of implementation, and providing relevant functional inputs to technical teams.
Configure and implement Coupa solutions for source-to-pay processes. You should be able to perform global Coupa configuration, Approval Workflow, Custom field setup for transactions, Chart of account, PO forms, Catalog, Supplier, Item, User setup, Security Roles, and Permission as per business requirement.
Experience in Coupa Configuration and data loads in Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, invoicing Master data(Supplier, Materials and Accounting data) and Catalog Management is necessary.
Experience with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy SAP systems for transactional and master data interface in source-to-pay is also required.
Create functional specification documents that require development of WRICEF objects.
Prepare test cases, validate deliverables, and support client testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Solve complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners, architects, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Developer with knowledge Solutions Design for Coupa, Configuration, Documentation, Testing, and Delivery with intelligent automation.
* Excellent technical & functional configuration knowledge and demonstrated proficiency for SAP Source to Pay, inclusive of Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Collaborative Supply Chain & Procurement Materials Management, Materials Management (Direct and Indirect).
